Fried Plantain

Delicious chip alternative or side dish
Servings: 2 People


  • 1 Plantain
  • 2 tbsp Ghee


  • Peel and slice plantain.
  • Heat ghee over medium heat in a skillet.
  • Place plantain in a single layer in the hot ghee.
  • Fry for a couple of minutes.
  • Flip over and fry a couple more minutes until golden brown.
  • Drain on a paper towel.
  • Sprinkle with salt.
