Snack Mix

Good as a stand alone snack or sprinkled over a main dish.


  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup unsweetened toasted coconut flakes


  • Measure ingredients into a large bowl.  Toss with hands to mix.  Pour into an airtight container.


Measurements are for approximation.  Use more or less of each ingredient according to your personal taste.  Nuts bought in bulk are better than packaged nuts.  If you can't find toasted coconut, untoasted coconut flakes work equally as well.
